Operation Manual

1、 Operating Device Instructions

The Kailifeng Series Road Cleaning And Sweeping Vehicle Operating Devices Are Mainly Distributed In Three Places. The First Place Is The Main Control Panel In The Cab, Which Is Mainly Used For Cleaning And Sweeping Operations. The Second Place Is The Button Switch Attached To The Chassis Dashboard, Which Is Mainly Used For Low-pressure Flushing Operations. The Third Place Is The Electric Control Operation Box On The Right Side Of The Rear Of The Vehicle, Which Is Mainly Used For Garbage Bin Unloading And Operation During Debugging And Maintenance.

2、 Preparation Before Homework

1. Water Injection Operation

The Fire Hydrant Water Injection Method Involves Connecting One End Of The KD65 Standard Joint Hose To The Fire Hydrant Interface And The Other End To The Water Tank Inlet. First, Open The Water Tank Inlet Ball Valve, And Then Open The Fire Hydrant Water Valve To Inject Water Into The Water Tank. During The Water Injection Process, Attention Should Be Paid To The Progress Of The Water Level Rise In The Water Tank Measuring Pipe. When The Maximum Mark Is Reached, The Fire Hydrant Water Valve Should Be Closed In A Timely Manner, And Then The Inlet Ball Valve Of The Water Injection Port Should Be Closed.

2. Vehicle Inspection

Check The Entire Vehicle For Any Oil, Water, Or Gas Leaks, And Eliminate Them If Necessary. Check The Oil Levels Of The Main And Auxiliary Engines, As Well As The Water Level Of The Radiator. If Necessary, Add Oil And Water. Check Whether The Structural Components Such As The High-pressure Spray Rod, Sweeping Plate, Suction Cup, And Angle Spray Are Normal. Check If The Oil Outlet Valve Of The Hydraulic Oil Tank Is Open And If The Water Outlet Ball Valve Of The Water Tank Is Open.

3、 Cleaning Or Sweeping Operations

After Driving To The Work Section, The Vehicle Stops, The Gear Lever Is Loaded Into Neutral Position, The Handbrake Lever Is Lifted, The Auxiliary Engine Power Is Turned On, And The Instrument Panel Is Observed. When The Air Pressure Is ≥ 0.8 Megapascals And The Operation Screen Interface Displays "water Pump In Separated State", The Work Can Begin. Press And Hold The (F1) Button Corresponding To The "one Key Start" Button On The Main Screen, And Release The Button After The Auxiliary Engine Starts. Click The "Mode Switching (F2)" Button And Select The Desired Job Mode. There Are 6 Job Modes: (Full Cleaning, Right Cleaning, Left Cleaning, Full Cleaning, Right Cleaning, Left Cleaning). Users Can Switch By Pressing The (F2) Button As Needed. After Selecting The Job Mode, Press The "Automatic Job (F3)" Button To Start The Corresponding Job Mechanism, Such As The Descent Of The Scanning Disc, The Descent Of The Suction Cup, The Extension Of The Left And Right Spray Rods, The Rotation Of The Scanning Disc, And The Spraying Of Water By The Spray Rod. The System Will Automatically Start The Corresponding Job Mechanism According To The Selected Job Mode.

Select Homework Warning Music And Turn On The Warning Light Switch. After The Suction Cup Water Spray Is Turned On, Pull Up The Throttle Cable To Increase The Speed To 1700-1800 Revolutions Per Minute, Press The Clutch Deeply, Select The Appropriate Low-speed Gear, Slowly Release The Clutch Pedal, Release The Handbrake, Shift Into Gear And Start Working. The Vehicle Speed Should Be Maintained At 3-15 Kilometers Per Hour.

After Completing The Homework, Press The "Stop Homework (F2)" Button On The "Automatic Homework" Operation Interface. The Water Spray Rod Will Stop Spraying Water, The Scanning Disc Will Stop Rotating, And The Suction Cup Will Be Lifted And The Scanning Disc Will Be Retracted.

After Confirming That The Homework Device Is Fully Retracted, Click The "Shut Down" (F1) Button To Shut Down The Auxiliary Engine.

Attention: When The Voice Prompt Shows That The Water Level In The Clean Water Tank Is Low Or The Voice Prompt Shows That The Sewage Tank Is Full, The System Will Automatically Shut Down All Operating Mechanisms And The Components Of Each Mechanism Will Be Automatically Retracted.

Attention: In The "Automatic Homework" Interface, Users Can Also Adjust The "Sweep Disk Speed", "Sweep Disk Water Spray" Switch, "Waterway Homework", "Homework Lighting" And Other Operations As Needed.

4、 Unloading Operation

1. Sewage Discharge Operation

When The Sewage Level In The Garbage Bin Reaches Its Maximum Height, The Vehicle Will Emit A Warning Voice Saying "The Garbage Bin Water Level Is Full", And The Operating Mechanism Will Automatically Stop Working. At This Time, The Vehicle Should Be Parked In A Suitable Position For Discharging Sewage, The Auxiliary Engine Should Be Turned Off, The Sewage Hose Should Be Connected To The Rear Door Sewage Outlet Of The Vehicle, The Other End Should Be Aligned With The Drainage Outlet, And The Drainage Ball Valve Should Be Opened For Drainage. After The Sewage Is Discharged, Close The Valve And Retract The Sewage Pipe.

2. Garbage Dumping Operation

Park The Cleaning And Sweeping Vehicle In A Suitable Location For Garbage Discharge, With The Transmission In Neutral And The Parking Brake Lever In The "parking" Position. Start The Auxiliary Engine, Click The "unloading Operation (F5)" Button On The Main Screen To Enter The Unloading Operation Interface, Click The "door Opening" (F4) Button To Open The Rear Door. After The Garbage Bin Rear Door Is Fully Opened, Click The "tipping" (F2) Button To Start Lifting And Unloading The Large Container. When The Garbage In The Garbage Bin Cannot Be Smoothly Discharged Or Dumped Completely, The Self-cleaning Device Of The Garbage Bin Can Be Used For Self-cleaning Operation. Please Refer To The "Automatic Cleaning Of Garbage Bin Operation" Method For Specific Operations

After The Garbage Is Cleaned Up, The "power Switch" Of The Control Box Must Be Activated On The Right Side Of The Rear Of The Vehicle, And The "sewage Tank Return" - "sewage Tank Closing" Action Buttons Should Be Executed In Sequence To End The Garbage Dumping Operation.

Attention: During Unloading Operations, The Opening And Closing Of The Rear Door Of The Garbage Bin, As Well As The Tilting, Returning, And Self-cleaning Of The Garbage Bin, Can Also Be Completed Through The Control Box On The Right Side Of The Rear Of The Vehicle.

Attention: To Protect The Vehicle And Unloading Safety, The Rear Door Must Be Fully Opened Before Lifting The Garbage Bin. Otherwise, The Tilting Operation Will Be Invalid. When The Garbage Bin Is In A Raised State, It Is Strictly Prohibited To Move The Cleaning Truck. It Is Strictly Prohibited To Lift Garbage Bins On Slopes. When The Water Storage Capacity Of The Clean Water Tank Exceeds One-third, It Is Strictly Prohibited To Lift The Garbage Bin. It Is Strictly Prohibited To Stand Behind Or Below The Garbage Bin During Lifting Operations.

5、 Waterway Operations

1. Automatic Cleaning Of Garbage Bins

When The Garbage In The Garbage Bin Cannot Be Smoothly Discharged Or Dumped Completely, Open The "self-cleaning" Water Pipe Valve On The Right Side Of The Rear Of The Vehicle, Start The "power Switch" Of The Control Box On The Right Side Of The Rear Of The Vehicle, Click The "self-cleaning" Button, And Enter The Self-cleaning State Of The Large Box. After The Operation Is Completed, Close The Power Supply Of The Control Box And The "self-cleaning" Water Pipe Valve.

2. Water Gun Spraying Operation

When Cleaning Vehicles Or Distant Debris, You Can Open The "reel" Water Pipe Valve On The Right Side Of The Rear Of The Vehicle, Start The "power Switch" Of The Control Box On The Right Side Of The Vehicle, Click The "car Wash Gun" Button, Pull Out The Reel Water Gun And Use The Wrench To Enter The Water Gun Operation State. After The Operation Is Completed, Pull The Water Gun Reel To Retract The Reel Water Gun, And Turn Off The Power Supply Of The Control Box And The "reel" Water Pipe Valve.  

Attention: It Is Forbidden To Point The Handheld Spray Gun At The Human Body, Animals, Or Other Vulnerable Objects. Otherwise, Personal Injury Accidents May Occur. Do Not Disassemble Or Install The Quick Connector Of The Handheld Spray Gun Under High Pressure. Otherwise, Personal Injury Accidents May Occur.

3. Post Spray Operation

For Rear Spray Operation, Open The "rear Spray" Water Pipe Valve On The Right Side Of The Rear Of The Vehicle, Start The "power Switch" Of The Control Box On The Right Side Of The Vehicle, Click The "spray" Button, The Vehicle Enters The Rear Spray Operation State, Operate The Vehicle Forward, And Close The Power Switch Of The Control Box And The Rear Spray Water Pipe Valve When The Operation Is Over.

4. Other Waterway Operations

When It Is Necessary To Enter The "Low Voltage Left Front Rush" Or "Low Voltage Right Front Rush" Operation Mode, Select The "Low Voltage Left Front Rush" Or "Low Voltage Right Front Rush" Operation Mode On The "Waterway Operation" Interface Of The Main Screen. Press The Clutch Pedal Deeply, Turn On The "power Take-off", And When Combining The Power Take-off With The Driving Operation, Select First Or Second Gear, Slowly Release The Clutch, Release The Handbrake, And Start The Vehicle Driving Operation. After The Operation Is Completed, Press The Clutch Pedal Deeply, Turn Off The "power Take-off", Slowly Release The Clutch, And End The Operation.

When It Is Necessary To Enter The "front Spray" Operation, The Operation Mode Needs To Be Adjusted To "full Washing And Sweeping". In The "waterway Operation" Interface Of The Main Screen, Press F1 To Select The "front Spray" Operation Mode. When The Operation Is Finished, In The "waterway Operation" Interface Of The Main Screen, Press F1 To Close The "front Spray" Operation Mode To End The Operation.

Attention: Do Not Shift The Gearbox While Working; If You Need To Change The Gear Of The Homework, You Should Park First, Select The Gear Again, And Then Start The Homework. Otherwise, It May Cause Damage To The Power Take-off Or Gearbox. During The Homework Process, Do Not Step On The Accelerator Pedal Forcefully To Accelerate, Otherwise It May Cause Excessive Speed And Damage To The Power Take-off And Water Pump.

6、 Manual Operation

Manual Operation, Usually Used In Case Of Malfunction, Can Be Separately Controlled For Operating Mechanism Components Such As "right Scan Disk Up", "right Scan Disk Down", "suction Cup Up", "suction Cup Down", "left Scan Disk Up", "left Scan Disk Down", Etc. The Specific Operation Can Be Carried Out According To The Needs.

7、 Other Assignments

1. Voice Interface

The Voice Interface Has Multiple Music Options To Choose From And Functions Such As Adjusting The Volume.

2. Night Homework

The Vehicle Is Equipped With Lighting Fixtures That Can Increase The Illumination Effect Of The Side Sweeping Discs And Suction Cups At Night Or In Poor Lighting Conditions.

Attention: Both "garbage Dumping Operation" And "waterway Operation" Can Be Completed Through The Control Panel Of The Driver's Cab Main Screen And The Control Box On The Right Side Of The Rear Of The Vehicle. To Ensure The Safety Of The Operation, It Is Recommended To Use The Control Box On The Right Side Of The Rear Of The Vehicle To Complete This Operation.

8、 Maintenance And Upkeep

Before Driving Every Day, Please Check The Following:

1. Main And Auxiliary Engine Oil Levels And Coolant Levels;

2. The Tension Of The Main And Auxiliary Engine Fans, Fans, Hydraulic Oil Pump Belts, And High-pressure Water Pump;

3. Hydraulic Oil Tank Level And Hydraulic Oil Quality Condition;

4. When The Temperature Is Below Minus 3 Degrees Celsius, Manually Rotate The High-pressure Water Pump To Check If It Is Frozen. If It Cannot Rotate, The Water Pump Operation Should Be Prohibited.

The Auxiliary Engine Needs To Change The Oil And Oil Filter Every 200 Hours Of Operation;

The Auxiliary Engine Needs To Replace The Air Filter Element Every 400 Hours Of Operation;

Every 50 Hours Of Operation, Please Check The Following:

1. Lubrication Status Of Various Moving Parts Of The Working Device And Addition Of Butter;

2. Lubrication Condition Of Clutch Bearing Seat And Fan Bearing Seat, Add When Insufficient;

Before Normal Driving, Please Check If The Sweeping Plate And Suction Nozzle Are Lifted. If They Are Not Lifted, Do Not Reverse;

When The Garbage Bin Is Lifted, Please Do Not Move The Vehicle;

When The Rear Door Of The Garbage Bin Is Closed, It Is Not Allowed To Lift The Garbage Bin On The Slope

When Lifting The Garbage Bin For Maintenance And Repair, Two Support Rods Must Be Used To Support The Garbage Bin;

After Daily Homework, Please Carefully Clean The Inside And Outside Of The Vehicle. When Washing The Car, Avoid Using A Water Gun To Directly Wash Electrical Appliances And Motors;

After Collecting The Car Every Day, Please Slightly Open The Back Door Of The Garbage Bin To Ensure Ventilation And Dryness Inside The Bin.

When The Temperature Drops Below Minus 3 Degrees Celsius In Winter:

1. Open All Drainage Valves To Drain The Remaining Water

3. Homework After Draining The Remaining Water
